Zoom has dial in numbers, which make it free to use internationally (or very cheap).

You can make international calls by dialling into someone’s Zoom meeting using a number local to your country and area.

This is a way of connecting via phone to a Zoom meeting. You will need to enter the Zoom meeting ID (and passcode).

You can find the international dial-in numbers here:

And hosts can automatically include dial-in numbers for countries they speak to regularly, when scheduling the meeting.

To do that, in Zoom, select:
Meetings
Schedule a Meeting
scroll down to Audio, and click Edit

Here, you can select Global Dial-in Countries/Regions

Also, you can find the list of dial-in numbers in your Zoom account
Select
Settings
Telephone
